To open an account with 999betbd, the following conditions must be met. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and complete — submitting false details could result in your withdrawal being blocked at a later stage.

• 2Each person may register only one account. 999betbd reserves the right to close all accounts belonging to the same individual if multiple accounts are found.
• 3The mobile number and email address used during registration must be active and belong to the account holder.
• 4KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. A National ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence is accepted.
• 5It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password secure. We strongly advise against sharing your password with anyone.
• 6If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact 999betbd support immediately.
• 7Selling, transferring, or renting your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.

999betbd has clear policies governing all transactions, which apply equally to every member. Following these policies ensures a smooth and hassle-free payment experience.

• 1Deposits must be made from the account holder's own mobile banking or bank account. Deposits made from a third-party account will be returned and the associated transaction will be cancelled.
• 2Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit. For example, if you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal must also be made to bKash.
• 3Any active bonus wagering requirement must be completed before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawals are not permitted while wagering is in progress — however, you may cancel the bonus and withdraw your real money balance at any time.
• 4If money laundering is suspected, 999betbd reserves the right to freeze transactions and conduct an investigation. Additional information may be requested during this process.
• 5Withdrawals will not be processed without KYC verification — however, your balance will remain safely held in your account.

999betbd bonuses and promotions are designed to make your experience more enjoyable. However, each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be followed.

• 1Each person is entitled to one welcome bonus only. Claiming the welcome bonus multiple times through multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
• 2Wagering requirement means that after receiving a bonus, you must place bets totalling the amount specified in the terms — typically between 8x and 15x the total bonus account balance.
• 3If wagering requirements are not completed within the bonus validity period, the bonus balance will be automatically forfeited. Your original deposit amount will remain untouched.
• 4While a bonus is active, bets must generally have minimum odds of 1.50 to count toward wagering requirements. Bets placed at lower odds will not be counted.
• 5Two bonuses cannot be active at the same time. A new bonus can only be claimed once the previous one has expired or its wagering requirements have been met.
• 6999betbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer if it suspects misuse.
• 7Cashback bonuses apply only to net losses on original bets. Losses from bets placed using a bonus balance are not counted toward cashback.

There are some general rules to be aware of when placing bets at 999betbd. Not knowing these could lead to disappointment later, so it's best to familiarise yourself with them beforehand.

• 1Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — in live betting, it locks instantly.
• 2Pre-match bets are only valid if placed within the designated time window before the match starts. Once the match kicks off, pre-match markets close.
• 3999betbd reserves the right to void any bet placed at abnormally high odds resulting from an odds error. Intentionally placing bets on erroneous odds is strictly prohibited.
• 4If a match is abandoned, cancelled, or the scheduled number of overs is not completed, bets are voided and stakes are returned — see the FAQ below for more details.
• 5Both Single and Accumulator bets are accepted. If one leg of an Accumulator is voided, it is settled at odds of 1.0.
• 6The cash-out feature is available on selected markets. It may be temporarily unavailable at times due to server issues or rapid odds movement.
• 7In the event of a betting dispute, 999betbd's decision is final — however, official source data will be referenced in cases of disagreement.

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on 999betbd. Anyone found in violation will have their account closed and may face legal action if warranted. This list of prohibited activities exists to protect the rights of honest bettors.

An account may be closed for two reasons: the user has requested to close it themselves, or 999betbd is closing it due to a rule violation. The process differs in each case.

If you close it yourself: Any member may request account closure at any time. Once you contact support, the account will be closed within 24 hours. Please ensure all pending withdrawals are processed and any active bonuses are opted out before closure.

If your account is terminated for a rule violation: If 999betbd determines that a member has violated the terms and conditions, it reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice. In such cases, any bonus balance may be forfeited — however, the portion representing legitimate deposits is generally returned once the investigation is complete.
